Flossie Hall

Flossie is a Navy spouse and serial entrepreneur who has built and exited multiple 7-figure businesses across industries. As CEO of the Stella Foundation, she supports 10,000+ women founders and manages ventures in CPG, ed-tech, and marketing. A national speaker and advocate, she’s partnered with Amazon, USAA, and Nasdaq, and has been featured in Forbes and Inc. Flossie teaches business at SUNY Brockport and lives in Western NY with her husband and four children.

Kristine Rudgers

Kristine Rudgers is a Certified Small Business Advisor at the SBDC, where she supports entrepreneurs with business planning, projections, and securing financing. With over a decade in retail banking and experience running a family business, she brings practical insight to her advisory role. Kristine holds a BA in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan University and has held leadership roles in the Greece Chamber of Commerce and Spencerport Rotary. She lives in Hilton, NY with her husband and three children.

Andrew Bagley

Andrew Bagley is passionate about building meaningful, high-impact partnerships that drive long-term success, for individuals and organizations alike. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone grow into a role that challenges and inspires them, and knowing that he played a part in that journey.

Jeff Bocach

Jeff Bocach, President/CEO Advantage Federal Credit Union. Mr. Bocach has worked in various positions within Advantage since 1992. He was promoted to President/CEO in 2002. He holds a B. S. in Business Administration from the SUNY College at Brockport. Mr. Bocach was awarded the Certified Chief Executive designation by the Credit Union Executive Society in 2006, and was awarded “CEO of the Year” honors by the National Association of Federal Credit Unions in 2010.  

Mr. Bocach has spent nearly 20 years volunteering in public schools. He has been a member of the School-to-Career advisory Council at Spencerport Schools since 1998 and has been a very active volunteer at School #4 in the Rochester City School District for the past 10 years. He frequently speaks to students at area high schools and colleges regarding financial literacy. He has been an outspoken advocate for requiring financial literacy instruction and assessment as a graduation requirement for local high schools. He has won numerous awards for his involvement in education.

Chris joined the Financial Strategies Group of RBC Wealth Management in 2007 and has more than 35 years of experience as a financial advisor. He utilizes his knowledge of the market’s history to help focus investment outlook and strategy. His CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification and AWM designation provide a detailed understanding of many products and services, from trusts and charitable gifting to insurance and other important components of estate planning services.
Chris has been with RBC Wealth Management since 2004, initially in the Canandaigua, New York, office. He began his career in 1987 with Community Securities, a division of Rochester Community Savings Bank.
He graduated from SUNY at Brockport in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance. He has pursued his education, earning the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 1996 and the Accredited Wealth Manager from RBC’s Advanced Studies Program.
Chris is an active member of his community and volunteers his time with several nonprofit organizations. He and his wife, Lisa, have four children and live in Fairport. Chris enjoys helping his niece on her farm in Skaneateles, New York, on a part-time basis. He also enjoys golfing, outdoor activities and spending quality time with his famil
