Jeff Bocach
Jeff Bocach is the President and CEO of Advantage Federal Credit Union, where he has served since 1992 and became CEO in 2002. A SUNY Brockport Business alum, he holds the Certified Chief Executive designation and was named “CEO of the Year” by the National Association of Federal Credit Unions in 2010. Passionate about education, Mr. Bocach has spent nearly two decades volunteering in local schools, championing financial literacy, and advocating for its inclusion as a graduation requirement.

Flossie Hall
Flossie is a Navy spouse and serial entrepreneur who has built and exited multiple 7-figure businesses across industries. As CEO of the Stella Foundation, she supports 10,000+ women founders and manages ventures in CPG, ed-tech, and marketing. A national speaker and advocate, she’s partnered with Amazon, USAA, and Nasdaq, and has been featured in Forbes and Inc. Flossie teaches business at SUNY Brockport and lives in Western NY with her husband and four children.

Kristine Rudgers
Kristine Rudgers is a Certified Small Business Advisor at the SBDC, where she supports entrepreneurs with business planning, projections, and securing financing. With over a decade in retail banking and experience running a family business, she brings practical insight to her advisory role. Kristine holds a BA in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan University and has held leadership roles in the Greece Chamber of Commerce and Spencerport Rotary. She lives in Hilton, NY with her husband and three children.

Mayank Jaiswal
Dr.Jaiswal is an Assistant Professor of Management at SUNY Brockport’s School of Business & Management. He holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship from the Georgia Institute of Technology’s Scheller College of Business. He also earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. His areas of specialty include entrepreneurship and strategic management. He teaches courses such as BUS 263: Socioeconomics of Entrepreneurship, BUS 463: Startup and Small Business, and BUS 475: Strategic Management. His research interests span entrepreneurship, strategic management, diversity in entrepreneurship, innovation diffusion, and the impact of innovation on business.
